I worked on an Ambulance for many years and saw Cecil in dialysis, when he was still in his twenties. He was also blind from the diabetes. He died shortly afterwards, it saddend me a lot to see him so sick at such a young age. I used to love it when he would direct the band when Mr. Settle went to answer the phone, and his clowning in gym. He will be missed.

I also remember Cecil clowning around. He would Imitate the ROTC instructors when they left the room. It was hillarious.
